Are you a budding Roald Dahl or the next J. K. Rowling? Then you are in the right place!
Unleash your inner author with our creative ideas at NIAA Creations.
It is well said “You can’t use up creativity. The more you use, the more you have.” Creative Writing is an elective hobby. It makes sense of your child’s emotions, thoughts and what is happening in their world and in their lives.
By engaging into creative writing more, your child will develop stronger self-awareness and observational skills. It encourages expressiveness, fosters imagination and inspires children to have fun with writing. In this course, we prepare our kids to come up with story ideas, plan their story, write exciting characters and edit their story to give it a final touch. One of our methods to encourage creative writing is through activities. Let us provide you an example:
Consider two different stories 1) The lion and the mouse and 2) The cap-seller and the monkeys. What our kids do is swap the characters or interchange the plot lines and develop their own original story out of thin air using their creative minds. Such activities will nurture your kid’s imagination and help their creativity to flourish.
Another strategy employed by us is through our newspaper. Newspapers are a living, breathing example of writing. NIAA Creations are proud to announce their online newspaper “POSITIVE DAY NEWSPAPER” that will surprise your child with new stories every month. Even better, we accept submissions from children. We can’t emphasize how important this is!
By finding their way of writing, the children can turn it into a superpower, allowing themselves to be creative while having fun and doing something they enjoy
